Prices starting from NZ$130,000 for our 9.2m floorplan and rising to NZ$160,000 for our 13.5m floorplans.
We offer 24+ different floorplans and also offer custom build options to suit your personal requirements. Floorplans can be flipped end-on-end or sideways giving you maximum options for your site set-up.
You choose the curtains, wood colour, counter tops, lino, furniture options plus any optional upgrades like thermopane windows, satellite dish, solar panels, slide-out awnings, etc then we have it built in our Indiana factory, transported to LA, shipped to NZ, all gas & EWOF compliance and self containment checks done then have it ready for delivery to you in 4-6 months depending on build times and shipping schedules!
